The Alps : an inestimable natural heritage

About the Alpine Eagle Foundation

From eagle
to moutain

Founded in 2021 with the aim of reintroducing the white tailed eagle into its natural habitat, the Alpine Eagle Foundation is committed to raising awareness, mobilising support and taking action on behalf of the entire Alpine massif and the life it shelters.

Preserving the Alps

A commitment to making a mountain of difference

The Alpine Eagle Foundation has set itself the goal of preserving this mountain range in all its aspects: as a natural environment, a place of life and traditions, a natural home for wild and domesticated species, a home to vital glaciers and countless lakes, and the source of great rivers such as the Rhône, the Rhine and the Po.

Testimonials

What lives here is precious

I have dedicated my life to imagining innovative nature conservation projects where cutting-edge technology is used to raises awareness on the loss of biodiversity on our planet. The Alps are an ecosystem where human induced changes can be seen in a dramatic way.

Ronald Menzel, Co-founder of Dreamscape Immersive

Having lived in the Alps all my life, I want the next generations to be able to see eagles, the symbol of wilderness, flying in our skys.

Jacques-Olivier Travers

Spending a lot of time in the mountain I have always been deeply concerned by the Alps' fauna and flora and the evident changes happening in the fragile ecosytem.
